Bitter Sweet Move

On Sunday we FaceTimed with Michael’s brother and our sweet niece and nephew. We try to speak every month to keep in touch even if they live so far away in Switzerland.
He has such sweet kids and after talking to them I feel energized and happy for the rest of the day.

It was good we called on Sunday because he announced us that they were moving to Hong Kong in just over a month.

Michael’s brother will move in November and the kiddos and his wife will follow in December. He works in the pharmaceutical industry and moves every three years.

It is bitter sweet,since by moving to Hong Kong, they will be much further. All the way on the other side of the world and the time difference will be more challenging to arrange FaceTime dates.

But on the flip side, it would be a brilliant place to go visit!

I think with just this last point, the pluses outweigh the negatives! I can’t wait to have the opportunity to go visit.
