Our favourite date night is a night in, cooking our favourite Sunday roast with amazing roasted potatoes, rosemary and Yorkshire pudding that we affectionally call Yorkies!

COOKING TOGETHER

We both grew up on the beach by the sea and can't get enough of it! 
This is why our number one criteria for a venue when we got married was for it to be by the water! We found the perfect venue in the Thousand Islands and would love to tell you all about it! 

THE SEA AND THE BEACH

Charlie grew up without grand-parents or family heirlooms. But a couple months before our wedding, her mother surprised her with her grand-mother's pearls that she had received on her wedding day by Charlie's great-grand-father. She was so honoured to wear them for our wedding.

Charlie has loved photo albums since she was in high school. She used to fill them with photographs and spent hours showing anyone visiting the house. She still takes great pleasure in creating beautiful albums of our life and creating timeless heirloom albums for our couples.

We have a large garden and we LOVE to entertain and BBQ in the summer. We aim to have freshly cuts flowers from our garden in the house throughout the season!

GARDEN PARTIES & BBQS

We adopted Parker over three years ago from a family who could not keep her. She is an 11 pound black Schnoodle. She has the biggest little personality and is an instant hit with our friends and clients who visit.

Michael grew up in Dubai and loves Ottawa's long summer days. Charlie grew up in Eastern Quebec where summer is three months shorter than in Ottawa. We LOVE summer, but find it WAY too short, even in Ottawa! That's why we bought a Villa in Mexico to spend our winters in the sun.

SUMMER

We love ice cream and banana split. One of our favourite treats in the summer is to go share a banana split at Dairy Queen. Our favourites? 
Hot fudge, strawberry, hot fudge!

ICE CREAM & BANANA SPLIT

We just bought a house in Playa del Carmen, Mexico and cannot wait to spend a couple of months every winter enjoying the beach, tacos and all the local activities the Riviera Maya has to offer. We will be renting our family friendly Playa Villa when are away, so send us an email if you want more info!
