Summer Century Weddings and Events Wedding

I met Stefani and Ethan a few months ago to discuss their light and airy Century Weddings and Events wedding. We talked about their day and what they had planned for their wedding. They said that they were going for a Anne Green Gables meet Lord of the Ring with their decor, which really meant a lot of florals and greenery everywhere.

When I first walk in the Century Weddings and Events wedding reception room, I immediately saw and understood their vision that was perfectly executed by Amber Riverwood gardens who, not only grew the flowers herself, but also put all the decor together and coordinated the evening perfectly. From the beautiful flowers, the the dreamy white backdrop and the gorgeous handmade and decorated cake by the brides’ favourite people, it was a night to remember.

Stefani and Ethan got married outside at Century Weddings and Events by Thomas Watson the best officiant I have seen so far (he also officiated another wedding I photographed in Lago), he was great both times, was there an hour early, didn’t made any mistakes or used the wrong bride’s name or agreed text (you would be surprised how often that happens). He is the ONLY officient we recommend to our couples. All to say that although the ceremony was short, it was absolutely perfect for Stefani and Ethan, and exactly what they wanted.

They also followed my advice and did the first dances as they entered the venue before dinner to ensure all the guests would still be present for the first dance, and to reduce the stress they would have felt during dinner if they had waited until after the meal. They also opted for sunset photos, which is usually our couples’ favourite part of the evening because it gives them extra time alone together away from all their guests and family and also amazing husband and wife portraits when the light is at it’s best.
