We expanded our team!

Can you believe it’s December already? We certainly can’t!! Time flies when you’re having fun! And what fun we’ve had this wedding season! We photographed 17 weddings and so many more engagement sessions and events. We loved on hundreds of amazing couples throughout the year, either by photographing their proposal, engagement, wedding, or by spending some quality time with them to get to know each other during their friend’s or sister’s wedding.  It’s been a little hectic this fall as we expanded our business during our busiest wedding season to date. (Say WHAT!)

SO…. HERE COME OUR BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!!

We expanded our team! We’d been thinking about it for a few years now, but this fall was finally the right time to add another photographer to our husband and wife team. Rosie officially joined our team in November and she will be a lead photographer under our brand in the new year. This means we will be able to serve twice as many couples next year. It also means that we now have wedding photography collections that fit most budgets, as our Associate Collections with Rosie start at $1500, and many new Barnett Couples have already booked her as their photographer for 2019 🙂 And we are SO EXCITED!

We (Charlie and Michael) will continue to photograph light and airy weddings together as a husband and wife team, but when we are already booked or above budget, couples who love our style of photography will be able to book Rosie to have an amazing wedding photography experience and images that have the same light and airy, romantic and timeless feel as all other The Barnett Company images!

One last thing, December is the most popular month for proposals!! When one of your friends get engaged this month, we would love if you tell them all about us if you think we are a good fit for them! If your friends are a happy laid-back couple who love to travel, the outdoors, puppies and tacos (well that’s not a must, but we LOVE tacos!) then we are definitely the photographers for them, so share the love 🙂 And if your groomsmen is planning a surprise proposal, let him know how happy his future fiancée would be if it is caught on camera! We love proposals and freed up some time in our schedule for last minute December proposals! And we will blog our top surprise proposal tips next week 🙂
